Why didn't the Philly Coash challenge the spot on the INT in OT???

Looked to me like Parrish picked it off AFTER getting bumped by the receiver. bump/tip (simulatenous) then catch clean with no contact. should this have been spotted where he fell? or because he caught it clean after the tip, the spot was correct?

i still would have used a challenge, if phil had one...
