In 2018 Mr. Ponzer ( or whoever he is )was supposed to give a video deposition in his lawsuit against wolfgang halbig but decided at the last minute to drop the case altogether , lol . WHY ........... Mr. Halbig had filed / asked for documents identifying who lenny ponzer was . Halbig was asking for a birth certificate , naturalization records , drivers license & business license . Mr. Halbig also wanted too know if Mr. Ponzer was working as an agent of any government agency & if so what were his duties & too name the agency . Suddenly without warning Mr. Ponder decided too drop the case & defied judges orders that all parties involved were to show up ...... everyone did ,EXCEPT Mr. Pozner
