YOU PLAY DOGS SO YOU WONT BE A SQUARE?? WHY? WHAT DOES IT MATTER? IF BEING A SQUARE IS SOMEONE WHO PLAYS MOSTLY FAVS THEN I AM ONE AND I DONT CARE. I AM CURRENTLY 36-27 (57%) +25.2$ ON THIS SITE, AND I PLAY MOSTLY FAVS. IF IT WORKS FOR ME YOU CAN CALL ME WHATEVER YOU LIKE. DONT MEAN TO SOUND LIKE A SMART-ASS OR NOTHING BUT WHAT DOES IT MATTER. BEING ON THE RIGHT SIDE IS WHAT MATTERS.
"Square" is a term used bt elitists who think they know more and play smarter than the average Joe. It is my belief that "squares" only exist for big games (Super Bowl, Final Four, etc...). People betting on Elon, Marist or Troy State on a Tuesday night in January are not squares.
Exactly Mr Obvious. All this talk about squares, blah, blah, blah.. The bottom line is winning. I don't care if it's square, round or shaped like a triangle. The end result that is most important is that your bankroll is heading up and not down.
Square or Sharp??
My take on the semantics is simple. Guys who think they are sharps call everybody else squares. Bottom line, like Mr. Obvious states: If you win, who cares. There is so much information out there, that most people who play have some sharp rational for their choices. Everybody picks their share of W's & L's. Money management is the Mendoza Line for consistent profit takers. This forum provides great info & game site details. I personally appreciate the many good handicappers here.
