HGH does help with recovery but they do not prevent injuries. As a matter of fact unless taken under very strict supervision it can actually make you more suspect to injuries .

hno:B4 roids i would say Bonds. He was the total package - offense , defense , and speed ..... but after roids he became bloated and lost his speed and defensive prowess.

Pittsburgh Pirates Bonds was better than anyone Ive seen. Griffey was a bit overrated IMO, and was fragile.
Bonds did not cheat in the late 90s, early 2000s since PED usage was not against the rules, not to mention that players have been using PEDs forever. All those pills that the players took in the 50s, 60s and 70s werent there just because.
