I'd go with the better matchup. The Tampa 2 can cause some issues for offenses like Zona's.

Joe Ferguson could come out of retirement for Buffalo and put up numbers against that defense.

I agree with the consensus, go with Losman. BTW, it is completely irrelevant that you have Boldin & Fitzgerald. That should not in any way factor into the decision to start Warner over Losman, or vice versa.
