Who pays for a wedding ?

This was back in the OLD days. Now, it is pretty much the ones tying the knot.

No reason to invite 250+ people. I see so many people digging theirself into debt over some stupid piece of paper of ownership. That's all marriage is, it's a joke really.

But let the good times roll! There is a idiot borned every day Doug!

The bride's parents should pay as much as they can afford to.

If the couple wants a more expensive wedding, they they pay for it themselves.

Marriage is bad enough, but the Wedding is the dumbest waste of money for most couples in their lives.

i agree with most in here, weddings should be done for a few grand at most. Find a nice location outside to have a short ceremony, then go back to hotel with a decent ball room and have a nice dinner/or buffet style which ever you prefer with a bar. Its really about the people your with the then all the shit most people are splurging on. Who wants to be in a ton of debt entering a marriage.
