There is an idiot who seems to think that Shrub (George Bush) talks better than Eli Manning.
I say Eli would be more understandable than Shrub.
This was brought up as someone saying just because someone talks slow that should not mean the person lacks the ability to sound intelligent.
And from what Tiki Barber said about Eli talking too slow.
I side with Eli. So 1 vote for Shrub not sounding intelligent.
