Who is the Worst Radio Sports personality ?

Usually hate..The Tony Kornholer Movie Review & Mailbag Show..it has lil' to do with sports, but the guy has nice angles to controversial subject matter when he bothers to add thirty-percentish sports coverage to his show.

Love..Spanier, Cofield, plus Mike & Mad Dog are favs(NYC and LV have really good sports shows)..610 in Houston is very good..TheZone in Austin and Atlanta are both nice in coverage of local/regional sports..Jox in Birmingham has been good in the past.

Lee Klien is the worst, followed closely Vic the brick. Alan Boston and Scott ferral are the best

The Freak cracked me up once when I was outside his studio while visiting the CNN Center in '94. He took off his headset during a commercial break after spotting my girlfriend, walked up to the glass window and asked if we were married, when I said no, he told me I was crazy, and was jokingly trying to hit on her..the guy is a hilarious livewire!

Rail - I like Lee Klein - he is entertaining. 100% agree about Vic (Lakers fans, feeeeeeeeeeling YOU!) and Whormoan and "Hairpiece" - but that is why you listen to McDonnell Douglass or Leykis. Would also put "Scott and BR (100% Scott)" as among the worst. Can't leave out Ben Mahler, too (The guy is freaking huge - about 400 lbs. - at least)

Hank, didn't know Limbaugh was a sports radio personality. Dan Patrick sucks. Papa Joe also is pathetic. Talks about everything but x's and o's.

I like Jim Rome's show a lot. I guess I'm curious as to why you guys don't like him. Granted, the guy probably never played a down of football in his life, and probably wasn't a good athlete in any regard. But I like how he's not afraid to talk smack, and calls people out when they deserve it. He can also be a pretty funny guy when he wants to be. I don't agree with everything he says, but I enjoy his show. Much different than his old, sucky TV show on Fox. Now that was lame. Dan Patrick seems to be the opposite. I really like him on Sportscenter, but can't get into his radio show at all.

I miss the ol' Loose Cannons when Philly Billy was with Hartman. Agree about Brick, makes me want to commit acts of violence. Liked Rome back in the day but it grew tiresome.

Dan Patrick loves himself way too much.
Jim Rome is sometimes very funny but sometimes all He can talk about is the Lakers ! Who really cares to hear nothing but Kobe talk all the time ! Locally here in Vegas, I can't seem to stand to listen to Papa Joe but always enjoy Al Bernstein's good humor
