Larry Bird brought us Championships when we were in a long drought. Russell was one of the best and 11 championships in 13 years was sick. Different era hard to compare.

Ted Williams last guy to hit 400 and best hitter ever.

Bobby orr revolutionized hockey for the rushing defenseman. Injuries slowed an already great great career.

Don't forget Rocky Marciano, only undefeated undisputed heavyweight champ of the world. Ray Bourque, Clemens, Yaz....and a few more.

Did I name him before? Lol. When I was a kid, for some reason I loved this guy. I was probably about 5 years old at the time.
