I made several maximum bets. The system allowed it and they were graded winners for more than a week. Now they suddenly void them.

Due to a recent error in our software at Sports Interaction some games
over the last week or so have been accepting wagers for more than the
maximum amount allowable for each client on a selection. Our rules
clearly state that the max. bet on Football is $1100 US on the spread,
and moneyline, and $440 on the Over/Under. For all other sports it is
half those respective amounts.

In light of this discovery we have voided all bets placed that took the
bet amount over the maximum allowable on games. For the most part the
bets in question were losing bets, but in some instances they were
winners. In the interest of complete fairness we have voided all of
these affected bets.

If you had any outstanding withdrawals, these have also been cancelled.
You will now be able to submit another withdrawal.

If you log onto your account now you will see the bets in question, and
should you have any questions regarding this or any other matter please

it just blows me away, so many people get stiffed by this outfit and THEY KEEP COMING! They've got the carrot and stick routine all worked out; the carrot is juicy dog lines and the stick is what they whack you with if you don't proceed to lose.

When did they up their limits? I thought SIA had 550 for side and 220 for total limits.

I was looking to hedge some bets so i went over the limits. Luckily i lost at SIA and had me bets voided..

You would think they would post it on their homepage or send out emails to all their customers telling them. Maybe the same person that holds up some player's withdrawals works in their Promotions dept.

So SIA's limits, which are known to be low, were intentionally surpassed due to a software glich. All bets over the limit were cancelled, Winners AND losers, as documented by Areef. I guess only the over the limit losers should be cancelled? That would be fair, right? It seems like SIA did the right thing here, yet they're still going to get ragged on. No doubt their CS sucks, but no book gets unfairly criticized more than SIA. Even when they're right, they're wrong.

I would assume the same Guesser. Wonder why just the amount OVER their limits wasn't cancelled? To me, that would make the most sense.

Haha. Funny how they felt obligated to mention that most of the bets were "losing" bets.
