Boston is 32-0 winning a series when they go up 3 games to 2. Hard to go against that.

Orlando already showed they can choke by blowing gm 5. No experience on the Orlando side, Boston wins.

Be wary of Orlando. They are HUGE chokers. You can never really predict how they are going to play so it could really go either way. Game 7 is going to depend on how many touches Dwight Howard gets. One game after calling out his coach, Dwight got 23 and 22 on 9-16 shooting. He got his touches and carried his team to victory. Celtics have shown they have the will to win and they definitely try harder.

I'm really stumped on this one. It could go either way. If Orlando shoots the ball well and gives Dwight his touches, they could definitely win.

This series is such a disaster. Both teams are hobbled by missing talent. The way games have been decided is so unpredictable, i wouldnt touch game 7 at all.

The current Boston roster is 4-0 in that role. The other 28 times occurred when most of the current roster was in grade school.

This series has, for the most part, played out just as I thought su. I have BOS winning game 7. They have proven themselves in the past, where as ORL has proven that they are unable to close out teams.

The big different between the two teams in a close game is

Boston has closers/clutch type of players and Orlando dont

I rather have my $ on Pierce/Allen taking shots towards the end than

DHoward/Lewis/Hedo (on the road)

Orlando is kinda like Houston without a go2guy at the end of games

if both teams are to win their games .... they need would to build a big lead during

the game and hope to hold it in a Game 7.

I think Boston win a close one

and Lakers win by 8

No, the better play of the season was the Rockets last night. Maybe the play of the decade.

DING DING!!! We have a winner!

Boston will find a way to win this game. Boston + Game 7 + Home Court = WIN

That's what I'm saying. "On paper," the Magic should have finished off the Celtics in six games. Yet, they choked multiple times and are now forced to play Game 7. "On paper" Dwight should be getting 30 points per game. However, with SVG running the team, he's more keen on throwing his franchise player under the bus than admitting he is wrong. I've never seen a team shoot so many threes and play such dysfunctional offense when they have a dominant big man down low.

I think the Celtics' "heart" will allow them to prevail in Game 7. They are battle tested, they've won a ring, and even though they are undermanned, they are playing with tons of confidence. The Magic have choked all year into the playoffs, it's tough to figure out if they step up in the biggest game of their season. That's why I'm not touching this game. Magic should have won in 6.

Orlando, worst freethrow shooting team in the league versus Boston the best 3point shooting team the league and they are playing in Boston.

What do you think the results will just based on that simple fact?

In the history of best-of-7 NBA playoff series from 1947 through the 2009 NBA Preliminary round, home teams in Game 7 have an 82-20 (.804) record in all rounds, and a 38-7 (.844) record in the Quarterfinals. The Boston Celtics have a 17-3 home-court Game 7 record.

I'd lean Orlando but like others have said, these fucking celtics have 9 fucking lives. BUt you also tend to create your own luck when you have championship experience, and I think that's what will prevail in this game, Boston's championship experience. I'd take anything under Boston -3

This is why trends like these are so stupid and have absolutely no meaning on todays games. This team is NOTHING like past teams.

You just posted a meaningless stat as this thread is about game 7 and not game 6.

:ohno:

THEY WERE UNDEFEATED and what happened yesterday? So Boston sucks and they already showed they can choke by blowing gm 6. No experience on the Boston side, Magic wins.

Magic is easily the better team and if you don't see that, you don't KNOW basketball.

Obviously you didn't read both posts, his first then mine, I just put his words and used it for the Celtics. I was being sarcastic. NEXT TIME READ THE POSTS BEFORE YOU POST.

ANYWAYS, Magic is the better team, PLAIN AND SIMPLE.

I would have to say Bos will take game 7 b/c of the home court...Reserves and roll players always play much better at home, and the celts in my opinion have more of the two combined. I expect House to knock down btwn 3-5 3's, pierce will come and close out, and rafer alston will continue to be a subpar point guard. If he had any idea of what a re-post is then howard probably would be averaging over 30 a game in this series, instead after howard kicks it out, he then comes and sets a pick for alston, when he should be directed to hold his position. I will take the experience and heart of Pierce, Allen, and the rest of the c's, over the soft magic.
My prediction Bos 97-91. Bol to all

For the sake of discussion, I understand everyone has an opinion on who should win game 7 and why.

If you opinion is so strong, then certainly back it up by putting your money where your mouth is. If not, it will be a good game simply to watch.

Personally, I am of the opinion that anything can happen in a game 7 and will look for other betting opportunities on Sunday than in this toss-up game.

GL to all.
