Banned - you seem to talk out of your ass more than anyone else here. One rule over the internet seems pretty standard, the less someone knows the more they talk. I'm sure truths won't fit your pathetic little agenda but I will fill you in once more on where my thoughts are.
Admittedly Peep and I have had a lot of disagreements, he ran the place and I was an
intense poster. (I use that word because he said that about me once
) Your big pretense that I am after Peep because we argued on issues is just ridiculous. His last posts here were he and I discussing how sharp Pinnacle's line were in bases this year compared to last year. When he decided to leave I wasn't even around here much, mostly across the street. I know I fill the role he took but that is all there is to it. When he showed up here I made a point to welcome him back, even after I knew he had started a site. I do not hate Peep nor do I wish to "get even" with him on anything. For what? He left this job on his own and the position wasn't filled for quite a while, when Ken asked I thought on it for a day or two and finally accepted. Hell I was SPENDING MY OWN MONEY to run a small forum and covering all the expenses to give gamblers a place to go to if they had a problem, seemed stupid not to give this a go. If I harbored ill will towards everyone here I had an argument with in the past we wouldn't have enough for a poker game. Thankfully most men here says what's on their mind, shake hands and move on. The only one stuck back in time is guys like you trying to look for an angle to cause problems.
Two more thing on this which you can ask Peep about since you know so much about this relationship. When I was on the board Peep once almost quit before he actually did so. I went out of my way to talk him into staying. I said then I know we argue but I think you are a very strong piece of the puzzle here, why not at least sleep on it 24 hours before you resign? I can't say my advice was the key in this or not but he did end up staying. Lastly and I have this e-mail still of when I decided to leave the board room. Peep says right out in the e-mail "I have no bigger supporter than you in the back room". If he is okay with it I will send you the e-mail. I know it makes for good posts about the new guy/old guy stuff but I have no dislike for Peep whatsoever. If he does it is completely one-sided. We all have our own lot in life and I speak up when I decide something is worth commenting on, I expect the same of others. If we disagree I don't carry it as a blow to me ego, maybe others do. Sorry to disappoint you but I carry no grudges towards Peep, I can genuinely say I wish him the best.
