When the number of signups were below expectations, they were accurate, a clear indication of ACA failure, and that the goal number would never be reached, without any digging behind the numbers, as to why they were lower than expected, etc. Now that they've exceeded expectations, they are bogus, inflated, need to be investigated, etc. That's how these sad, lying, disingenuous people operate. No desire for the truth, only political party hackery. It's why his place is the hellhole it is, and honest discussions can rarely, if ever take place.
You might not be able to, but many people can and have. That's why it's a mixed bag, so far. Not the disaster many thought and hoped. Not the tremendous success many hoped. It's still in it's infant stages, and we'll see how it fairs in the coming years, with the many needed adjustments happening now and in the future. It won't ever be more than a slight fix to a broken system, because Obama was too gutless to go full on single Payer and/or Public Option. But it'll likely be a net improvement over the horrible system in place before, and that is a win, even if everyone won't win.
