Which are the 5 casinos that Jazz claims to own in Costa Rica?

I was reading the banner on this site where they advertise having 5 casinos in CR, does anybody know which ones they are? are they real casinos or little rooms with a couple of tables?

I only know 3 one is down town san Jose, Jaco beach and Flamingo bay
