Where's the Value during Week 1 to 4

You will notice some of the best teams in the CFL get over priced the first 4 weeks of the CFL season. In all fairness, Montreal has been the New England Patriots of the CFL for the last few seasons and they've backed up their talk with some wins against the spread and straight up. B.C. on the other hand, have shown they have trouble adjusting to the Eastern Time Zone at any time of the season and you can see below it's even worst the first 4 weeks of the season.
I've always found the best value during the first two weeks of the season is to bet on the underdog and the under. However, when you support the under, you have to make sure one of the teams you support was a top 4 defensive team the prior year. If you play the under on two teams who allowed 30 + points against last season, chances are you will be sweating it out in the 4th quarter.
