where2get live realtime free DJI & S&P500 quotes

Anyone help me out, I don't need fancy graphing or anything, just the bare live index quote so I can suck the number in with a bot.

Very tough to get live quotes. Nearly all free sources are delayed 10-15min. Scottrade and etrade have "powertrader" screens that are the best you'll get, for maybe $20 a month or whatever the subscription is.
