I want to retire in the US. I love this country..... I grew up in Florida, so that's where I'll likely end up. I want a place on the beach (walking distance) that's low maintenance (a townhouse w/ a garage). But, I also want a place to travel to in the mountains....I'm just about to finish up my cabin project that was started almost 2 years ago. So, I have the mountain getaway. When I sell my overpriced house in Arlington, VA I'll have the cash to buy a nice place in Florida. Living off of a FD pension, a military reserve pension...and hopefully a government pension (plus TSP and Roth IRA) I think I'll have enough to travel quite a bit. So I'd like to go to Europe...visit VD in Thailand....and make it to Central & South America regularly.

Well, I've been to more than 50 countries, have served in the US Navy & US Coast Guard, did a tour in the Middle East, did a tour in Guam, my mother is from France (and I still have aunts, uncles, a grandmother, and cousins that live in France & Europe), my best buddy from HS & college is from Costa Rica (he's white and his name is Maurice), last winter I snowboarded in 5 countries in 5 days in the Alps, I've been to Cuba (which 99% of Americans that aren't Cuban haven't been to)....should I go on?
Again, I love this country and there are plenty of great places to live here in this country. GREAT PLACES!
Then you might enjoy places like Singapore, Hong Kong, Macau.
They're all first world.
They're all full of white chicks. The average is IMO hotter than the USA.
They all have legalized prostitution. Plus much cheaper than the USA.
Macau's gambling industry is bigger than Vegas.
Singapore is full of stunning white chicks from PRC China, Vietnam, etc. 20 USD to bang one in Geylang.
Even nearby Thailand has white Thai ladies & areas that can be considered first world.
