Where did you boys learn to cap?

mill that is half the battle right there. pay attention to who is favored in the games with teams you like to watch then see how many points goals runs they usually win by.

Still fairly new to the game I'd say but I've stopped looking at it as fun and started looking at it as business. Nobody takes a flyer on a business deal, you know your shit before you get into it and don't let anybody screw you. I lost my fair share in the beginning like many others and the best advice I can give that no one will follow is to do your homework before you place your first bet. The more you know and the less emotionally you play the game the better you'll do. Good luck to you.

This is one of those threads that need to be stickied to the TOP of a Newbies forum,,, lol because it will be asked every 6 months,,,,

It really depends on what type of capper you WANT to be???
For fun,, get 1 or 2 Rock solid books, get your best line, and bet what you think is the correct ammount of your BR on a Game

For a Business,, get 10 books and put 10% of your BR in each book, (make sure of the 10 that they are NOT affilliated with another book in that group of 10) by the way, there are people that have 20-40 books,,, lol,,, I am only picking 10 as an even arbitrary number,,,

now find a play that you like, go to all 10 books find the ONe with the best line and bet 2% of the $ you have in that book on your bet.

I am over simplifying the process lol even with this long winded explanation, but for whoever reads this, you need to first decide what type of capper you want to be,, then CRAFT your style around that
