Mods made the decision to move the lions share of political threads to the poli forum so people started posting about politics less.

Also, I just think what else is there to say? I'm not saying I'm not following politics at all but there isn't anything else intriguing about this cycle at this point. You could finish the sentences of Biden, Trump and every media member that asks them questions for them at this point. Just isn't much else to say without being repetitive.

Cause you're in the wrong forum. Scroll South all the way down and you'll find the Cult 45 forum.

Yep...

Can't wait for this election period to be over, especially all those ads on Right to Repair.

I think most people (not all ) realize that the one they want is not going to win .
Kinda not fun to talk about

This election was over for Trump the moment Bernie Sanders didn't get the nomination.

haha, simple, hoky stuff. My father would have been smiling and singing right along with that guy and his accordion.

I was a kid when that stuff was popular. Those were simpler times. No gay pride; no looting at the store; no fake insurrections; Guys chased girls. Everyone tried to be better every day at whatever they did. Drugs were in the ghetto. Nowhere else. No one I knew was addicted. There were a lot of drunks but no one seemed to care. The government was for protecting America from foreign invasion, for building roads and dams and bridges. Police took out those who misbehaved. Most everyone knew what that looked like and agreed what that meant. People went to church and thanked God for what they had.

It was a simpler time. It was a better time.
