iknow thats my point why i think they have better chance of beating celtics expecially being home then the knicks beating boston on the road, not sayin its impossible im just sayin i think lakers will be there next loss

also my point. BOS is playing to well right now to lose coming in prepared as they will in LAL. they will sleepwalk through the knicks game and i could cost them.

4 days off, no Marbury in the seats to spark the Knicks' fire, Celts at home...

They're not losing that one.

The Celts play the Knicks on the 21st and then have four days to prepare for the Lake show.

I think it will be Portland or nobody in that group. Lakers could weaken them enough for a GS loss, but I doubt it.

I don't see them losing at home...They will lose Christmas day at LAL...

Why?

Well when a team focuses and knows what on the table and know that they have to WHOOP ass and take the best team down...It's a different game. Hawks almost showed that the other night. The adrenaline is crazy for the home team and Lakers are already top three in the NBA for sure.

They will win. (Lakers)

LA @ home? Boston's gonna beat LA @ home?

The only times Boston's done that is when LA had either Gasol or Bynum missing, not to mention the absence of Ariza - who's a frontrunner for 6th man and best defensive man of the year - on both occasions.

If Gasol overcomes his illness and Bynum is healthy, LA will deal Boston their first loss in a long time. :toast:

Boston is making a killing.

If Lakers beat Boston, it could be redemption for them. If not, Lakers suck.

damn, that was a blowout

the same laker team that couldnt beat miami or orlando is going to beat the best team in the NBA?

Look at Indiana. They're not even top 16, yet they've beaten both LA and Boston.

Same with Washington and Atlanta. Both teams always give Boston hell. It's about matchups.

That said, Boston has LA's number. :ohno:

i agree, thats why i thought NYK would keep it close. i dont think LAL matches up well with them though. we saw what happened in the finals last year.
