I definitely think a woman could be a good coach. To be a good teacher you don't have to be a great player. You just have to be able to observe and communicate to the player how to correct/improve.
the bigger issue she will face is the respect of the players. Pro athletes have huge egos and it won't matter who the coach is if they don't want to listen they won't. Football players are not known for being the smartest group of athletes.
look at Tiger Woods.....he fired Butch Harmon as his coach basically because he thought his ideas were better than Butch. butch is considered one of the best coaches in golf. Tiger struggled with swing changes the rest of his career.....but his ego wouldn't allow him to think someone else could possibly know more about golf than him. Players in other sports have the same type of egos.

I think it's plausible for a women to be a good coach, so if she's good at her job and can teach something I have no problem with it.
There are tons of successful coaches that couldn't play the game at the same level they could teach it.
Now if she was picked just because she's a women and better male coaches were passed over, then that's bullshit
