from Fast Times at Ridgemond High, after the guy totals his dad's car, Spicoli turns to him and says, "My dad's got this awsome set of tools dude, we can fix it."

from Dumb and Dumber:
"What are my chances?"
"Not good!...like one in a million..."
"So you're telling me there's a chance...YEAH!!!"

not exactly a one-liner but I always liked this scene from the Devil's Advocate:

MILTON: ... Guilt is like a bag of ****ing bricks. All you gotta is set it down... Who are you carrying all those bricks for anyway? God? Is that it? God? Well I tell you. Let me give you a little inside information about God. God likes to watch. He's a prankster. Think about it. He gives man instincts. He gives you this extraordinary gift and then what does he do? I swear, for his own amusement, his own private cosmic gagril he sets the rules in opposition. It's the goof of all time. Look but don't touch. Touch but don't taste. Taste but don't swallow. And while you're jumping on one foot to the next, what is he doing? He's laughing his sick ****ing ass off. He's a tightass. He's a sadist. He's an absentee-landlord! Worship that? Never!

LOMAX: Better to reign in hell than to serve in heaven. Is that it?

MILTON: Why not? I'm here on the ground with my nose in it since the whole thing began. I've nurtured every sensation man has been inspired to have. I cared about what he wanted, and I never judged him. Why? Because I never rejected him inspite of all his imperfections...I'm a humanist. Maybe the last humanist. Who, in their right mind, Kevin, could possibly deny the 20th century was entirely mine? All of it, Kevin. All of it. Mine. I'm peaking, Kevin. It's my time now.

Great Thread!

From Mr. Mom, when Michael Keaton is trying to make conversation with his wife's boss (Martin Mull) ...

Keaton: So ... Wanna beer?
Mull: It's 7 o'clock in the morning!
Keaton: Scotch?

Good exchange from Oceans 11 (not quoting exactly):

Rusty (Brad Pitt): Why do it? Don't tell me money.

Danny (George Clooney): Because the house always wins. Play long enough, never change the stakes and the house takes you - unless - when that perfect hand comes along you bet big, and then you take the house.

(Pause)

Rusty: Been practicing that speech, haven't you?

Danny: Little bit, did I rush it?

Rusty: No, it was good. I liked it.

my all-time face line was a recent movie, starring jennifer garner:

"Winkyduck - will you marry me in real life?"

of course i said "YES" and the wedding will be taking place soon!

others include:

sir john geilgud in the movie "arthur" to dudley moore's character (and this is sooooooooo unlike geilgud to say this - which is why it was hysterical) when arthur tells him he is going to take a shower/bath, says:

"Would you like me to wash your dick?"

one more:

Back to the Future, Part 1:

Biff - talking to George McFly (as he was "knocking on his head),

"Think McFly - think!"

(After shooting some guy she was having sex with)
Mallory: "That was the worst f*c**n' head I ever got in my life! Next time don't be so f*c**n' eager!"

Mickey: "Turn left? Turn left to what you stupid b*t*h?!"
Mallory: "You stupid b*t*h?! You stupid b*t*h?! You stupid b*t*h?! Mickey, my father used to call me a stupid b*t*h! I thought you'd be a little more creative than that!"
