That's a very tough call, the bloat vs. the burn. I just got over a nasty stomach virus and was actually dry heaving out of my sphincter for about six hours. I didn't know you could do that. So I'm going to have to say a nasty bout of hot vomit diarhea splashing back up your ass and all over the toilet is worse than being constipated.
