What's the best sport to do for a beginner?

So i want to start doing something good for my health because chicken wings have me in bad shape lol? and i think Sports are the best way to begin with a new lifestyle or something like that , But idk how to start. HELP HELP HELP

Personally , when I was out of shape the thing that has helped me the best over the years is strenght /resistance training....

This is a pretty good site for beginners...Start with this article and see what you think

Ha, Chicken sounds healthy until your really analyze it

1. Fried
2. Fat from skin
4. The flour coating
3. The sauce , usually fat and/or sugar loaded

Mmmmm, I want some wings

Swimming probably from a wholistic standpoint complimented with mild weight lifting and core is the best for you because of low impact on joints

Running has zapped my joints but I still do it cuz of where I live and the endorphins.

Joining a rec basketball league or something could be fun too if you thinks competitive team focus could help motivate you
