BB... I am sure everyone at OGD knows that Fishy was joking about moving to CR to open a book, as you can tell by most of the replies. Pretty sure Fishy meant it as a joke and thats how it was taken over there, as far as here I am sure mods figured it was also a joke and moved any related thread to the RR where it probably deserves to be.

Been thinking of this for some time.
After practically an all night discussion with all parties involved, I have decided in the best interest for myself that I will not be moving to Costa Rica to open a sportsbook.

I thought Fish was joking believe it or not - I don't read that website where Fishhead posted nor would I post there for any routine reason in the future. As far as Frankie 5 Angels and his 356 posts goes I have no clue who he is as far as the Rx. is concerned. I warned him which is a lot different than actually banning anyone. If had to ban him it would have been overnight until the day shift could have spoke to Fishhead or anyone else involved in this new book idea of his. In the middle of the night I am alone most of the time and have no one around to ask questions to. I just have to act when I think a thread or post calls for action. The problem with the post was it contained a link to another website posted Offshore. We have in house policy concerning posting links. Bottom line I was just doing my job.
