I have 2 bottle of hot sauce that were bought about a year apart. 2 different brands as well. They were sitting on top of a cabinet in my kitchen. Yesterday, I went to use some in a bowl of chili and I noticed one of the sauces had turned completely green and the other bottle was green at top. Both bottles were closed tightly. I cannot figure why they turned green.
