As far as I know 16 is legal in CT at this time, but I'd call it 18, to be safe.

According to Henderson, they went on a date and it ended with a kiss on the lips (nothing beyond that). I'm guessing there would not have been any ramifications unless Henderson ran for political office. Then depending on what party she registered with, Gloria Allred might have been involved.

And yes, he did date Maureen McCormick and clearly there was some bedroom action. McCormick is apparently quoted with saying she wanted to marry him and have his baby.
