What the hell is going on now?

I check back in after a weekend of drinking PBR and banging a poster's wife, only to discover that there is now a RR sheriff? What does this mean? Are there now laws to which we must adhere? Does this change how we must post or what content is permissable? Will there now be rubber room incarceration? And who is this "Da Truth" fella? I've not heard that name before.
