what the hell is a robotic tool?

I got the same E-Mail from Pinnacle two days ago.

I didn't have any spiders running, no auto-refresh on MyIE2 ... I didn't have anything that fell into the category of robotic tools.

So it looks like Pinnacle might be having a bit of a SNAFU with their detection system.

They blocked me temporarily too a couple of months ago. The problem is refreshing their lines without logging in. They tolerate a certain amount of line refreshing when logged in, but dont like it when not logged in.
