Won't be around a computer after 5:00 today, so here are my superbowl picks. I am not a professional, and these 2-unit wagers are for amusement only on the last NFL game of the year, so take these with a grain of salt.
Philly +7 (2 units) Basically going against the public (and probably common sense!) and taking what I see is the better value, Philly + points. I don't think the books will let themselves get raped by John Q. public betting the favorite in the biggest gambling day of the year. I have made $$ on NE all season, but ya gotta love starting the game with a TD lead and a live dog.
UNDER 47.5 (2 units) Number is too high for these great defenses. Were this not the superbowl, this total would be 39 or 40.

GLTA. It has been a great football season, up 74 units on NFL/CFB. I didn't post many plays, so I won't expect anyone to believe I'm up 74 units. Got lucky on some big 10-unit games at the right times. I plan to take the rest of the year off until football resumes in the fall, so I don't know how much I'll be in the RX after this weekend. I hope everyone cleans up (impossible, I know) on the SB and the rest of the year. Sayonara (sp?)
