What Router do you recommend?

I am not very savvy with this stuff. Have about 3600 sq ft to cover. Just the standard stuff (TV's w/ Netflix etc streaming, mobile devices, laptops, occasional gaming by teens etc) Is there a router I can get to replace the one I have that you would recommend? Ideally I would prefer to keep it under $100 for a good one if that is possible but will certainly spend more if that is only way to get a good one. Appreciate your feedback as I have read stuff on a few sites but cannot figure out which one to purchase.

I have this one and it has served me very well. I got it for $95 but electronics prices change/fluctuate a ton.

excellent, I think I will go with the AC1900. I actually need to run some errands this afternoon and think I will purchase at Walmart or Best Buy so I can have try it tonight. Thanks for the feedback guys, very much appreciated.

was out of stock at the store and didn't feel like waiting. Purchased the Netgear AC1750. Hope it works well, if not I will return and buy the recommended one.

installed and tested. this was NOT the answer. I wonder if it is my actual internet connection or something else. Frustrating. I will have to try to deal with it tomorrow before I break something on purpose.

Spectrum. Just completed a call with them and they say the modem they provided is not sending enough signal or some nonsense. Sending a tech out tomorrow w/ new one.
