In case it matters to the OP, there are a couple of factors that indicate propping is not for beginners.
First, you had better already be an accomplished player with a reasonable bankroll. You'll be expected to play at levels that generate a large amount of rake for the site and that means $2/$4 and above (LH) or $.50/$1 (NLH) and above. Second, Your short-handed skills need to be top-rate because you'll be starting tables and filling very short tables. Nobody pays a prop to sit in at a full low limit table.
Normally, when someone asks for basic advice about bonuses he or she doesn't fit the profile of a successful prop player. Sorry if I'm off-base here.

I think Party and PS are great for tourneys but as far as the cash games go ....Why play anywhere else but prima? I mean @ Bet Holdem I get 35% rakeback monthly and they have a sportsbook to boot. At another Prima site I get 45 % Rakeback that I can cash out daily if I like. I play .25/50 NL - $1/2 NL and get back a sweet amount each day and each month.
It Blows others like Full Tilts bonuses away....I mean with just some moderate play you can have your deposit back in a few days just from rakeback. It adds up very fast.
But if you only play tourneys it really doesnt do much. My buddy has 19,000 hands @ 5/10 -50/100 Nl on Prima in Feb. and will be getting his back soon. It will be interesting to see what he gets back.....

Trust me, in the long run you will make more money as a prop player then you would with what bonuses they have online in poker room. Within 1 month you will determine that if you play alot you will definitely earn more propping then clearing bonuses, that is assuming you are breaking even.
Prop players gett anywhere from 70-125% rakeback, depending on the cardrooms and limits....and time of day as well....
Others pay you up to 22 cents per hand...
I agree with Dshotda1, that rake rebate (or in this case prop pay) will be better then any bonuses.
