Although some people do buy them to flex. They want the world to know about their Ape. Most of my NFTs are from VeVe.Rarity and people's belief in it. Like most things.
I see on amazon you can pay 2k for a frame(a freaking frame lol) to display ur NFTs on a wall.
I own them like crypto. But don't feel the need to display them. But hell...if i paid 69 million for one I meant be tempted.
Early adaptors of crypto have millions of dollars in digital money and boredom sets in.
An NFT has very little utilitarian value as a piece of digital art, but most pieces of analog art have very little utilitarian value either...unless of course you strike an intruder with your 15th century Italian Vase (pronouced "Voz" you fucking simpleton). It's just something you buy to make your neighbors jealous.
