The Rubber Room is just what it has always been - essentially anything goes type of forum. We do draw the line at racial insults, death threats and family matters though.
Site Promotions and Tout Tracker forum is exactly what it says it is. A The forum for any poster who wants to post promotional materiel or any poster who would like to track a tout's plays. Do not enter other posters threads to bash them in SP. Unfortunately there are some threads already existing that used to be here in the Rubber Room that are full of bashing, there is not much that can be done about those at this point. If you are going to start your own thread about a tout or other poster in Site Promotions be sure to back up any allegations such as past posting or record cheating. If you start a thread bashing someone else in Site promotions then you are fair game to be bashed yourself in that thread.
Personally I think all you bashers are carrying this down with touts thing a bit to far. A good honest thread like Jimmy mac has going is one thing but some of the other tout bash threads that were moved are IMO over the line.

wil & rob,thanks a lot,but when you say family matters,does that mean we cant mention a family member,in the rubber room? please be more specific,i want to know exactly what is forbidden.wil,you havent mentioned it but the rules for the rubber room have changed since a poster mentioned chucks dead wife,,,,,,,@ one time there was daily dialogue re wives,girlfriends,mamas,papas etc,,happy trails
Sure you can mention family members in a polite way or even a joking way, but to use profanity, or insutls against another posters family members is out of line and will be dealt with. Natrually any referece to deceased family members is also not allowed. Can you say "ah ya mothter wears combat boots" sure why not this is the Rubber Room. I am talking about crossing the line - bash each other here in the Rubber Room fine but leave families out of inflamatory discussions.
As far as the tout bashing goes I point to Jimmy Mac's thread which was an honest tracking thread that unfortunately collected some of the foolish name calling posts that ran rampant here in the Rubber Room the last couple of months. The best way to expose a bad tout is to track his record for all to see. The name calling does little damage compared to a real honest exposure of a tout's record. Let the record stand for itself. Most touts will fade away soon enough when their real plays are tracked.
