haha, they are fighting for EliteXC and not the UFC for a reason. I was more or less talking about the guys you did not mention but don't be fooled into thinking anyone on that card would not rather be a part of the UFC.

as far as the fedor fight and my comments. it looked like sylvia could have easily gone into that fight to get destroyed and he did. sylvia is a talented guy but he is on the tail end of his career and i am sure affliction could have made it worth his while.

anyone that doubts that if fedor had been fighting ufc caliber talent his whole career and some point he would have had a loss. he likes getting the leftovers at this stage of his career and that is what sylvia is.... guy lost to randy couture so lets not act like his win a couple of weeks ago wipes away the shitty competition he has faught the last couple of years.

some people wanna buy what others wanna sell them... by all means buy away.

you don't think the UFC would love to have Antonio Silva in their garbage HW division? you're kidding yourself if you don't think they wouldn't like to have Shields either.

Dude, you're on crack. The current UFC champ is basically one of Fedor's leftovers. He also fought Cro Cop back when Cro Cop actually cared and beat him as well. Who in the UFC would have would now or would ever have beaten Fedor? Couture? Nah, he was too busy getting KO'd by light heavyweights. Sylvia? Nope, we already saw that fight. Arlovsky? Right, you think his glass jaw could take a Fedor shot? Gonzaga? lol, he was a one hit wonder with that shot on Cro Cop. Kongo? not with that ground game. Vera? LOL. Who's left? Tre Telligman? Justin Eilers? Buentello? Cabbage? There is absolutely no reason for Fedor to fight in the UFC, there's much better competition outside of it.

Cain for the win. I think that a year from today people will be talking about who is better.

Before Antonio Silva got stopped by Eric Pele he was the next big thing to fight Fedor

Everyone was calling on him as the one to beat him. Now that Silva is back on track maybe he is the one to best him.

I knew about Silva in 2006 and started paying attention to him after he beat Tom Erickson back in 06.

As for Uno he was the one saying that the Fedor and Anderson Silva quick victories were rigged.

Cain & Silva are both good up and comers, but mentioning alongside Fedor is pretty ridiculous at this stage of their careers

I don't consider that Pele fight to be a loss. That was a horrible stoppage.

Silva is a good fighter but he hasn't faced anyone yet. He has skills and size though.

I said a year from today people will be comparing the two. Cain is still young and learning.

I like Cain more than Rogers. However, it'd be nice to see either of the two go up against some established, well-rounded HWs.
