Alice in Chains put out an album a few years back, and the whole thing was about a heroin trip. I believe the lead singer later died of a heroin overdose. Some of those lyrics were dead on.

A couple of points though. I 've seen the lyrics posted as " Mercedes- Bends, not Benz. Perhaps a bend ( lean) to luxury, not the actual automobile itself. Tiffany twisted sort reinforces this. I did google Mercedes- bends, as I've seen this in print before.

Try getting lyrics for Morrison and Doors, he definetly made up words ( sounds ? ).

Good to see some views here, it's definetly got some hidden things in the lyrics.

The song is about the excesses of the hollywood life incorporated with the Charles Manson feel.If you listen to the Whole album it's one of those Thematic works of Art "California a State of mind and lost innocence." A shame they don't make albums like this anymore !
