Its not like you see players running in the tunnel during a football game all the time unless they get injured.

I wonder if some of these injuries are fake, just to have an excuse to go to the locker room and take a dump.

It's 3 hours and they get a break halfway through why would it be a problem?

I do remember in a High School hoop game one time a buddy of mine wasn't feeling well. He was all grimacing and holding his gut, ran towards the bench and told the coach to take him out. He then ran to the Bathroom. He returned a few minutes later after what I assume was a Healthy shit.

In playing plenty of Hoop and then coaching for about a decade, it's the only time I've ever seen it be an issue.
