Trump's disadvantage is that he came into a political world with a zillion under the radar operatives who made up the employment pool so to speak. Trump knew none of these people and undoubtedly relied on what he thought were inside "confidantes" to guide his hiring. That's why there have been so many firings in his administration. Because when he gets to see his hires in action he is smart enough to root out the incompetents and snakes. Many of them are deep staters through and through. When Trump figures it out he cuts them loose.
It's time to cut Ray loose. The problem is, who can Trump trust as a replacement? The rats nest is deep and self serving. I think the guys who actually care about what's best for the country, as opposed to what's best for themselves and their cronies, are probably really hard to find. How fkd up is that?
