Ok i have posted story of the sort before when the playwithal crew got busted and the goverment pursued charges against some peripheral web service companies that were servicing that book. (BTW i was 100% right in that the books that were offline that day were out because of the bust and not because of a storm as some one countered when i made my post and moved it to the rubber room, falsely declaring it alarmist.)
I am not trying to alarm anyone or scare any one into doing anything silly.
I am simply stating my suspicions on the issue based on some recent governmental actions that some of you might have ignored just like they did when Playwithal got busted.
I honestly didnt think much of it until something (i wont elaborate what) happened to a friend of mine while he was making a deposit. I proceeded to do what i do best, find info online with the help of various search engines and i did run into quite a few stories.

more on western union seized funds
more one the intentions of the AG of Arizona
From what i gather, the AG wants WU to deposit certain amounts of fund into "detention" accounts instead of sending them to the intend reciepient. According to western union the AG wants to expand this program.
Now this is one story in Arizona, i am sure most of you dont reside in that state. However, this coupled with an incident that happened with my friend, leads me to believe that there should be something brewing or already in the works. Forgive me for refusing to elaborate on the other issue, but it involves two separate discussions one with a big online book and another at a western union office that should not have had anything to do with each other but when one hears both stories, one cant help but to think something is being changed over at WU.
I am not advising any one to break the law or anything. I am simply stating, that if you use WU, take the "necessary" steps to ensure that you dont expose yourself to any undue risk. This will only matter to a certain class of gamblers. And that class should have a good idea what they need to do. If i have left you confused, i sincerely apologize. But i can tell you that if you didnt get the issue here, then you are definately in that group that need not be concerned about these happenings.
