I never seen that I may owe them. Not sure I understand how that could be when I never complained.

On page three of the notice, it says under the part that says:

C. Fees and Costs......

"If the proposed Settlement is approved by the Court, Settlement Class members will not be responsible for the fees and expenses of Class Counsel."

Now, after reading that part, what IF, by some chance, the proposed Settlement is NOT approved?? Then doesn't that mean the fees and expenses of the Class Counsel will fall upon us?? Cause the way I understand it, we are "Settlement Class members" right?

I'm not trying to cause a scare or anything, but that's the only part in the whole entire four page notice that got me wondering. Should I just calm down and not take it seriously?

There is nothing serious about this glennlovecolleen3 unless you want to try and get a couple dollars. I would not worry a bit. if you want the money there is no wrong in that.
