Someone explain to me how welfare scum get new rental cars? I have them living next to me. They are getting over $3k per month with rent and all the other bullshit. Dozens of newer rental cars with plates from all over the US pass through and have been the past 2 years they have been here. Was to be a mother and her 2 kids, but she moved in 4 others 2 years ago

instead of sizing people up , why not buy investment property so that you receive the guarenteed rent ?

people have long priced out of their neighborhoods and section 8 etc guarantees the property owner their rent ..

property value increases as the documented verified consistent income makes resale profitable ..

those at the top make out wayyyy better than the recipient of section 8 , ask the property owner if they would prefer
renting to the tenant based on their " word " that they will pay rent on time ( to at all )?

do you also envy the handicapped because of the great parking spots they get at all your favorite restaurants ?

seems to me that you have a lot of time on your hands and also are disappointed of your own finances if you are envious
of welfare recipients that have friends and or rent cars ..

most people have rental insurance on their auto policy that gives you 30-45 days of rental if your car is damaged in a collision, maybe this explains it ..

or if an immigrant ( I belive you are in NYC ) they do not have the roots that most have and often therefore bounce around in search of opportunities
but maintain close ties with their brethren ..

and if they were really balling like you are jealous about, wouldn't they be Jett-setting ? not slumming it on the road in a " rental " car ?

seems to Me you are a player hater .. there's money out there to be had .. why not git you sum ?

do they invade on your privacy ? .. if it bothers you that people on welfare are not completely and totally fucked up
then go to New Orleans or somewhere in the south where they have less " get after it" and stay impoversihed ..

you should know better than anyone that in NYC we are survivors and make the best out of everything ..

real NYers will not be destitute just because they are on welfare .. they will flip that welfare money until they upgrade their finances to the next level
and have to establish themselves in a way that exempts them from welfare ..

but if you think section 8 was driven by the welfare , destitute folk having lobbying strength than you are wrong ..

section 8 was established by the elite ( I have no problem with it ) to make sure that they can artificially inflate the total value of their property , while
generating guaranteed revenue more than they would ever get from the locals and guaranteed too !!

notice how no politician has ever tried to curb spending by cutting back on any type of housing vouchers .. that is one of the elites premium channels of revenue

its NYC Wang, even in Staten I there is welfare people in your neighborhood , I don't judge him on that .. I am judging him
on being from NYC and judging others that are on welfare and pissed off because they aren't totally destitute ..

let me guess " I pay taxes blah blah blah " .. your taxes are pissed away in massive lots to people like the Epstein's of the world etc while you are focused on the measly 3k of welfare ( that is put directly back into your community )
