After 3 frustrating NFC champinship game losses, I'm thrilled to see McNabb finally get a legit go to receiver. With Kearse and TO in the fold, the Eagles seem ready to make yet another SuperBowl run.
Most of the fans here don't give a F**K about the so-called baggage. We want to win. Not sure if he is the missing piece of the puzzle, but it shows the Eagles are serious about winning.

I could see Owens gettin all mad because Donovan cant get him the ball everytime. I watched Donovan this year and sometimes he has some accuracy problem. IMO Garcia is a better passer than Donovan and Owens got mad at him so it will be interesting to watch.

Cowboy.....Yes McNabb does miss a lot of easy throws. But he is the unquestioned leader of the Eagles and he knows how to win football games.
I just think T.O. will command double coverage and that will take the Eagles offense to the next level. In the past teams could simply play man to man on Pinkston and Thrash, use a safety or linebacker to spy McNabb or key on the run. And they still won 13 games!
Andy Reid is not going to let Owens publicly dis McNabb and/or the coaching staff.
The Vegas oddsmakers seem to agree making the Eagles 9-2 Favs to win the SuperBowl, down from 10-1.
It will be an interesting year for sure.

It will be interesting to see how T.O. & ANDY REID get along in this scenario. REID is a No-Nonsense Coach who "says" he does not put up with all the Hype (ie: his comments about the Joe Horn incident last year). AND NOW ---- he has the Biggest, Most Conceited, Outspoken WR of them all. WHose Talent is unbelieveable, BUT who is also the Biggest showboat of them all. And one who can be very defiant of Team Authority!!

He is great, No Doubt!! But it will be interesting to see what will happen if he has trouble getting the Ball.

On another note about PHILLY, it would not surprise me at all to see PHILLY look at another WR in the 1st Round as well. Based on where they will be selecting, MICHEAL CLAYTON (WR-LSU) might be a solid fit for them. He is not a BReak-Away Speed WR --- but does have Solid speed & he can Break on a dime. Not to mention he is extremely physical --- great at Downfield blocking & going over the middle to make the tough catch. Also, he is Big -- 6' 3" 215 lbs.

HE & T.O. would be a BIG UPGRADE from the wastes they have at WR right now!

1BigCajun.....I would be completely stunned if the Eagles took a WR in the first two rounds. I think they will be fine at WR for now. They think that Pinkston will be a solid #2. Freddie Mitchell had his best year working in the slot. Thrash might get cut. They like Billy McMullen who they drafted last year out of UVA.
I think they need a CB with Taylor and Vincent now gone. They need another RB with Duce Staley gone. They also can use help at LB and DL.
So I think they have quite a few holes to fill. The offense will be fine. They just need to improve their run Defense. I like the Dahani Jones signing, but they let Emmons got.
They should just take the best defensive player on the board in the 1st round.

Wow you guys got a steal from the redskins. I cannot believe the redskins gave up a 5th for Thrash. He will be lucky to make the team because of coles, gardner, jacobs, mccants. You guys just got away with one.

De Niro.....Yes, the Eagles offense should be explosive. There are plenty of question marks on defense. They were brutal vs the run. I'm hoping the D-linemen that were injured can return and play well. Simineau is awful. Maybe they put Jones in the middle. If Dawkins is healthy all year the run D should improve. Cornerbacks are a big concern, although the young guys played well vs Buffalo.
I want to see what they do in the draft. Hopefully they can get some early leads and take some pressure off the run-D.
If Jevon Kearse can return to All-Pro form, that will help the DBs.
We'll have to see. Should make for some very exciting games!

Cowboys Fan.....Yeah, I thought Thrash would be cut. So any kind of pick is a good deal for the Eagles.

Richie...Seems like a good value play to me. I'm not into futures, but they figure to be a contender again.
