I think this film is going to suprise... it's the only pg-13 movie opening this weekend... has an X-men type of feel to it... and is tracking strong.

I wouldn't take wsex over 13 million... you can get lower overs below.

Pinny: over 11.5 -144

Intertops: 12 - 15 million +115

Olympic over 12.5 -130


Box Office Report and Weekend Warrior have it 14+ million.

I have seen a lot of negatives for this film and a lot of predictions under $10M. I also read that the tracking said that a key segment for this movie had less that 50% recognition.

Over $12M is possible but I dont see it.

I actually saw this movie last night and it was awful! I can't see this movie doing over 13 million with terrible reviews and a theater count that is not all that wide. This movie is going to bomb in my opinion.

Easy win as The Covenant wasn't even close to the line debuting with only 8.9 million.
