alright its been a rough year but so far I'm still afloat. I'm seeing some of you guys with a huge number of units in the win column (good job) and I'm jealous. So I'm going for it this week, laying it all on the Chiefs, who I think will beat Minnesota tomorrow. Gotta love only laying 3 points with Priest Holmes on your side.

best bets: Chiefs. They are the better team, plain and simple, on the road or not.
Pats. The way the Jets have been playing the Pats should crush them. Ask Chad if he misses Coles.

parlay:

Chiefs/Pats 2 to win 5.45

Chiefs/Saints +3/Saints over 35 2 to win 6.2
Yeah it was against the Giants, but Aaron Brooks had a spectacular game, and I'm hoping he carries the momentum over to this game. Bought the points as a bit of insurance against that tough Jags D

Chiefs/Pats/Ravens 2.6 to win 16

Denver to win the Superbowl 1 to win 25

feel free to laugh your ass off if the Chefs go down tomorrow.

Oren - Good luck. I like the Chiefs also. Minny has been falling for weeks. Last week I played the Packers to win the NFC @ 14-1 so I also like your Denver future. Teams that can run the ball in the playoffs are always a good bet. Good luck, finish the season strong and it can still be a plus season for you.

thanks guys, gl. I know New Orleans isn't a popular play but after watching them demolish the Giants it's a big 'ol square play that I like that may or may not hit.

I also think the Ravens will rebound this week, but who knows.

Good observation on the road favs doing well in the first six weeks. I was doing well on those but I didn't adjust when they started to not cover. I believe the trend is the same every year and up to week 6 you can pick the "better team" even as a fav on the road. But then the teams know each other, coaches have tape to review and the games get tighter. Home field and the line adjustment after week 6 means you have to much more careful.

Vikings are my team so I hope they win. With two of the most pourous defenses in the league whoever has the ball last will win. Chiefs are the better team, but Vikings at home balances it out. I'd be suprised if both teams don't hit the 30's.

Have a good weekend.

obviously the Chiefs aren't as good as I thought they were. They've still got the first round bye to play for so I'm surprised to see them lay down like this, but Minny is fired up no doubt and that crowd is loud as hell. Just thought the Chiefs offense would withstand the pressure.
