weather in DC

The weather has been wet all week, its raining now and may still be by game time. How do you think that will affect the game and does it impact the over/under in anyway? I assume running will play more of a key and with the Skins run defense they could be in trouble.

What are your thoughts on the line moving? I see it at 3 right now. I like the Skins at -2.5 was thinking about buying the hook, but didn't want to if the line will move down....
