WBA mandatory Cotto turns down fight w/ Harris

Vivian Harris is the WBA co champion along with Tszyu. Cotto is now the number one contender and Harris's mandatory. Cotto has turned down a shot at the title and is instead running like a scared little girl from Vicious Vivian Harris.

I'm sorry, but I just dont respect this guy.
