They beat U$C handily in Pullman and since that game they've only gotten better and more comfortable in Bennett's system. IF $C's shots don't fall early, WSU will dictate the tempo and their desired tempo is about 180 degrees from how $C likes to play. Finally, I'll be shocked if $C gets 1500 fans in the building for this thriller - the Sports Arena only draws vs UCLA or vs 'Zona. Love getting 2-1 plus on WSU - I think the game's a toss-up.

Good luck to all.

No one will confuse USC with disciplined basketball. I like both Washington schools today.

Agreed FW, but be careful with the Huskies. I don't believe that UCLA's quite as bad as they've looked in their last 5 nor is UDub as good as they've looked. In Seattle the Bruins pretty much blew UW away until a final 2 minute debacle, but still beat 'em in OT. Can see anything happening in the final of that one, but do like under 1st half.

Not sure about USC as Washisngton State only beat a poor...i mean pathetic UCLA team by 6 or there abouts....everbody and their brother was looking for UCLA to play better...but St. Johns and now WSU...USC is a better team than UCLA and WSU may just be in somewhat of a letdown as the UCLA win was the first in something like 26 attempts on the Wooden Floor...taking the points okay...ml is something else imo...

Be careful Sweep. They totalled 138 in their first meeting and on a day where an Air Force game has 154 points in regulation

OT is the thing that worries me most. I'm predicting WSU wins 62-58. That would be nice for all of us

nice call devil, usc is pathetic. they opened the game 9-0 then were outscored 28-9 to close the 1st h. it is amazing how players actually digress playing for bibby, decent, even promising freshmen are practically worthless by the time they are upperclassmen.

As a Bruin (ignore the screenname), I can say that Bibby is God's way of compensating for Lavin.

Why would $C hire a Bruin alum to coach anyway? Just asking for trouble.

Conference note: If Stanford can survive against vastly improving rival Cal on Thursday then they'll run the table. No one else has got a shot.

Wait until next year when Bennett gets more recruits to fit that system. With so many run-and-gun teams in the Pac-10, Wazzou backers will be making serious $$$.
