I'm working in the state of WA. Seattle losing a bunch of cops. Idiot governor mandated the vaccine for all healthcare workers to, "protect the patients." Guy is too dense to understand what happens when about 10% of the healthcare workers in hospitals and nursing homes leave the job. At the hospital I'm working at, 68% got vaccinated and 31% got exemptions. That is a joke, but you have to game the system.

He is now doing a lawsuit. I hope if he wins this doesn't hit the athletic dept budget and instead hits the state budget since they are the reason they are double paying for a coach.

Also, hope if he wins he pays the 4 assistant coaches that also got fired over the mandate.

He may have a case if other religious exemptions were granted and, in hospitals, they are easily granted because the hospitals can't afford to lose staff. Just get the data on how many exemptions were granted by state agencies and let WSU explain why his wasn't which fits right in with his lawsuit claim that the AD has a personal vendetta.

I hope he wins the lawsuit, IMO Wash St will not want to go to trial and let all the internal dirt go public, they will "settle" instead, in a year or so.

He will have trouble getting another job in a blue state, for sure, though.

Lots of lawsuits like this will further damage our Republic, employers mandating vaccines, what a mess this is!
