David Lopez vs Fulgencio Zuniga or David Lopez vs Dewey Welliver or Danny Perez vs Dewey Welliver

Originally confused from this fightnews article but it seems to be accurate............ David Lopez vs Fulgencio Zuniga WAS a nice bout. The new one does nuthin 4 me. And I guess it would that scrap the Telefura card totally. This sux IMO. Zuniga woulda tested that chin out a bit and generated 2 way action. Oh well, better stuff on the horizon in 2005. Unfortunately it appears a week of rest has fallen upon me. Sux because I already had num, bers pencilled in for:

6th January, 2005-Desert Diamond Casino, Tucson, Arizona, USA 10pm est
Commission: Arizona State Boxing Commission
Promoter: Golden Boy Promotions
David Alfonso López vs Fulgencio Zúñiga
IBA Middleweight Title

..............which had great potential to be be entertaining

and

7th January, 2005-Gran Mercado, Phoenix, Arizona, USA 10pm est
Danny Perez vs Dumont 'Dewey' Welliver
Light Middleweights

.......which just woulda filled up a time slot and had an interesting Over/Under :(

I believe the Lopez/Zuniga fight is still on. That might me a typo from fightnews. Not the first the they've made a "mistake".

www.goldenboypromotions.com The link still has Lopez fighting Zuniga.

Kool. I hope the bouts go on 2 almost save a fightless dismal weekend.

I will hang a number on it 2mmrow by noonish PST if thats the case. I just hate havin to enter them and delete them especially if they happen 2 reschedule, bc I usually let wagers stand if the bouts scheduled w/ in reasonable time if the customer puts in a reasonable request. Email me personally if there is ever a small problem like Mormeck bout. I bet under as well. I actually feel Zuniga- Lopez is a decent bout all BS aside. The 1/7/2005 bout is a little high odds for my liking, but I am sure I will hang it b/c the over/under intrigues me.

Thanks guys. I was genuinely pissed when I thought Zuniga was out because I like the fact that he can test Lopez's whiskers.

My personal spot (I wont shill) will definitely have them along with my usual haunts. I actually think my post up backer advertsies here so it may be ok. Good luck.

Spincht........**as for Mormeck.........I believe he pulled out 1st time in October, then the DKing schduling conflict in January caused this delay rather than one of the fighters. I basically opened wat I opened the 1st time they were schduled laeinin to Mormeck. Valdosta will know 4 sure. I've written all Braith and am comfortable with Mormeck thus far goin in.

Would really be great to get some dialogue going with some of you kooler guys now that I'm open. Obviously you see my opinion is in the number.........Kawashima -130 and slowly creeping the other way despite the flow of over cash on Navarro and over. I liked the Jap and under, so I earned well when Navarro was overlaid..........and robbed apparently. I finally can really stand pat with my opinions. If you recall, I opened Tarver -255, but it sure went up real damn fast, I was a bit frazzzled that it was bad bad number. These boards wont sway me much without given out a bet at my opener, and b/c of the great volume so far ..........its unlikely the of volume that may come from them wont sway me, so please remain civil. I wanna remain the same jerk I was b4 this venture...........LOL. If I dont wanna give an honest answer I will just stay outa the threads ..........ala Johnson over Tarver. I have dreamed of a 'boxing' orientated book for 4 years. I am truly blessed to be able to have this opportunity. Hope all had a great Holiday and best of luck wherever you guys find value,

What a lucky , but effective come from behind win. Zuniga has some heart. I hope Welliver shows the same kinda guts that Zuniga did last night. He's been in camp w/ PBF the last few weeks according 2 online reports. Should be alot more interesting than the # indicates. It got bet up a bit from -1800ish. So did Lopez last night from the -200.
