There is speculation that "WALL STREET" might be the next target for terrorists around election time! Should one pull out of the market and prepare for the worst?? These cock suckers I'm sure are planning something major! As the election gets closer most people will be in dissaray! Not knowing what will happen ??Knowing that 9/11 comes before the election is a scary thought also! The problem that lies ahead is that these "TERRORISTS" can strike anytime they want! There isn't enough US man power to stop them totally!

The stock market is too risky, even without threats of attacks from little terrorist fruitcakes. Corporate accounting is what's scary about Wall Street.

Give me a break LOL

what are you amongst those who believe everything you hear from this propaganda machine known as the American government and media?

This shit is laughable, just more info to keep us all scared, probably put in by Bush's people who will then defeat these same terrorists and make themselves look like heroes.

It's sad isn't it? If you are going around worrying about shit that MIGHT happen, you're already dead. This is exactly the kind of shit those Muslim extremist fruitcakes were trying to accomplish.

I'll never look at the media the same after it's terror campaign on the American psyche. Enough with all the imagined forthcoming disasters, and get back to living our lives which are short enough in the first place.

There bad news and sadness in the world, and there's also good news and happiness. Aim for the latter, give it you best shot and get fear out of your life. By doing this, you take away all the power that terrorists have, and they are defeated.

What is there to worry about? They attacked, on our soil, once in the last 3 years and i believe once before that in the failed bombing of the trade center. I think the constant hype of a terrorist attack is uncalled for. I mean wouldn't they be attacking more often if they were really capable.

Since 9/11 more people have died in the U.S. from shark attacks than terrorist attacks.

Even if you did lose someone, doesn't mean you or all of us should sit here and be sitting ducks for whatever is being doled out in the media and by the political spin doctors..

Nothing against you or anyone you loved, but to sit there in fear or predict doom and gloom is plain stupid.

Patriotic America is fighting the war on terrorism so we aren't just sitting there being stupid, like others. Your right though in the fact that we aren't moving very fast. Rummies in charge and he's the secretary of defense, not the secretary of offense. We have taken a very defensive posture in this war and even Ray Lewis misses a tackle every now and then, and in this case it can cost thousands of people lives. America needs an Earl Cambpell as well but were always just to damn nice even to despicable people who would like nothing more than to see us dead. No fear here, just a little of that common sense thing that not all are born with.

Although I didn't have any loved ones that died on 9/11, that doesn't mean that that day didn't hurt me deeply as well. Sitting there watching those tragic events unfold and seeing all those people suffering horrible deaths was probably the worst day of my life. I could tell you wanted to get that off your chest for a while and you probably knew you'd have that chance when you started this topic, so if it makes you feel better, go ahead and lambast me in your post...let it out. But if you did have loved ones that died that terrible day, YOU owe it to them to live the best way you can. Worrying about "who's next" isn't going to cut it.

These radical towelheads are not going to destroy the U.S and they are not going to take over the country either. They could orchestrate another move, and we'll have to deal with that the best we can IF it happens. In the mean time, homeland security is constantly improving. That's going to have to be good enough for now.

These Muslim extremists are after power. When you worry about terrorist attacks you are giving them power. Don't give them power. They don't deserve it, shouldn't have it and will never have it.

When you go about you life and do the best you can in spite of the bad things that constantly are happening in the world, you are rendering those that are evil powerless.

I say f*ck the terrorists, and I'm going to go over to Universal and ride "The Mummy" for a while.

Holy crap, American, a whole three paragraphs that I wholeheartedly agree with!

BTW, do you have any idea who invented the 'terror alert level' colour code thing? I don't think it was the media, although I agree with you that they dramatise everything shamelessly; you've got to concede a little that the admin is, at the least, playing up the fears of Americans for its own benefit.

Hes got awfully sensible and pragmatic recently.

I think that maybe Wil. has banned him and hijacked his handle as part of a sinister neo-liberal RX conspiracy by the moderators.

Or he could be taking the mick...

Then again, he could be a smart practical patriotic American.
We could do with a few million of them to steer civilisation on its rocky route through life.

Our only alternative is the French...ooh la la.

Come on America, dump Bush and his eejits and start rebuilding the future again.
